Clark Environmental Consulting (CEC) is an experienced environmental consulting firm that provides industry, government, and NGO clients with cost-effective guidance in the areas of environmental planning, human health risk assessment, remediation of hazardous waste sites (CERCLA, RCRA), risk communication, and expert environmental testimony. Clark Environmental Consulting is headed by Dr. Milton Clark, who has had over 25 years experience as a scientist with U.S. EPA, and as a professor at the University of Illinois School of Public Health.
