Hometown Child Care is a new center in the charming and child safe neighborhood of 'HomeTown Aurora'. The 'HomeTown Aurora' subdivision is located on Montgomery Road (between Farnsworth and Waterford). Within the subdivision is the Town Center with shops and other businesses. That's where our center is!
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and we accept children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our 4,000 square foot center is bright and whimsical with intriguing toys and activities to entice your child while they learn. Hometown Child Care is located on a beautiful 2½ acre park with a large climber, swings and fun water park feature (or "sprayground") for the summer months.
Family owned and operated, Hometown Child Care is committed to providing a developmentally appropriate early educational program that encourages and enhances each child’s overall development. Hometown Child Care focuses on the whole child in all areas of development; physical, emotional, social and intellectual.
The dedicated teachers at Hometown Child Care encourage each child to explore and discover at his or her own pace and provide a variety of engaging learning activities and fun play experiences for the children to choose from each day.
A full curriculum is in place for all age groups and, in addition to flexible child care options, Hometown Child Care offers a part-time preschool program for three and four year olds. We also have flexible child care options for kindergartners and school age children who may require before or after school care - or both.
We serve delicious and healthy meals! Our center provides breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks. We have delicious, child-friendly, catered lunches that meet all the nutrition guidelines required by the State of Illinois. We also provide infant cereal and baby food!
