illside, a Helia Healthcare facility, proudly serves the residents of Yorkville and the surrounding area. We are dedicated to offering compassionate care. Our professional staff has experience in providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation to adults, specializing in geriatric care.

While we serve as a home away from home for many of our residents, we also specialize in rehabilitation, helping
short-term residents return to their prior level of independence through therapy enabling them to return to their own home safely.

Joining with area medical professionals to bring the highest quality healthcare to the community. We provide a variety of services ranging from post-acute care to assist people returning home, to long-term services for those requiring ongoing assistance to meet our community's needs.
