WELCOME Our law practice has concentrated in representing injured workers for over 20 years. Our goal is to help the injured worker obtain the timely payment of lost time and medical benefits followed by a maximum monetary recovery. Our focus is on each client’s needs and goals. There is no fee unless there is a monetary recovery. Our fees are limited to 20% of the recovery amount. While our office is located in Chicago, Illinois, we meet our clients in all areas of Illinois and at hearing locations close to the place of your work, accident or residence. We continue to devote our efforts to Illinois workers’ compensation matters. We believe this provides us with the knowledge and experience necessary to obtain the maximum economic benefits for our clients.

The employer and their insurance company will have attorneys advising them regarding the handling of your workers' compensation claim. We strongly feel it is in your best interest to have an attorney represent you. This will insure that you are treated fairly and receive the benefits you are entitled to as a result of your work injury.
