Acts 5:20 says, “Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people the full message of this new life.” NIV
Here we find an angel of the Lord has just opened the doors of a prison where the apostles were being held. They were there because of the jealousy of the Sadducees who saw crowds of people were attracted to these godly men.
When a person accepts Jesus as Savior when they turn control of their life over to Him when they receive the new life He offers they instantly become attractive. Not in the sense that the world measures attractiveness, but in the way God measures it. He places something within His people that draws others to Himself. That something is His Holy Spirit. Crowds of people in Acts 5 were drawn to the teaching of the apostles. Was it because of their dynamic personalities, or political ideas that people were drawn to them? No it was God in them that made an impact of the people.
Here at New Life Fellowship Church we believe God wants to draw people unto Himself people like you! Our greatest desire our passion, really is to help people rediscover the God of the Bible. Not the small g gods of myth and legend, but the God of the universe the Creator of all things the Savior of the world!
We welcome you to join us for a Sunday morning worship service. If you sense the loving presence of God and the genuine care of His people, we will have accomplished our goal.
