Our owner, David Alwan, has been involved with the family meat business since he was born and struck out on his own to target the gift market in 1999. Join us at Echo Valley Meats Friday November 12th from 4-7pm for our 2nd annual Holiday Open House. Sample appetizers from our catering department, wine from our retail as we take you on guided tours of our plant and end them with HOT glass demonstrations. It will be an event you won't want to miss. So bring a friend or the family and join us for another great holiday event!

Come have lunch with us this winter as our daily grill will be open year round. Follow your nose to our freshly grilled meats; chicken breast, rib eyes, pork chops, brats and more! We always have chili and a soup of the day and Friday's we have racks of ribs fresh out of our smoke house. Our hours are Monday- Saturday 11am- 2pm.

David Alwan was born and raised in the meat business in Peoria, Illinois. His family's meat business, Alwan and Sons Meats, recently built a new facility in Peoria, Illinois. David left Alwan and Sons in 1998 to establish Echo Valley Meats as a wholesale meat producer and to establish a gift catalog and website.
Dave and Dawn, his wife, have two children, Jessica and Jordan. They live on their farm, Echo Valley Farms, where they raise angus cattle and board horses.
