Bob Lundholm and Scott Tucker have been working together on custom homes, room additions and remodels for over 20 years. Lakeside Custom Builders, Inc. will coordinate the entire job. By listening to your needs and relying on our past building experience and knowledge, we can utilize our design software to develop an initial house plan, room addition, or remodeling plan that meets your needs prior to going to a draftsman.

We work only with respected local subcontractors to complete plumbing, heating and electrical. We will work within your budget to maintain the use of quality products and brand names to meet your needs. We will consider jobs within 30 miles of Peoria, although for custom jobs we have been known to travel farther.
