Welcome. First Federated Church has a rich history of accepting all people and their diverse interpretations of faith. Our "federated" name means "coming together," a principle we hold dear. We are a combined congregation (affiliated with the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. and the United Church of Christ) that is on a journey to deepen our understanding and spirituality through Christian traditions. We are neither dogmatic nor fundamentalist in our understanding of Christianity but appreciate the mystery inherent in the faith.
First Federated is a growing church with one of the oldest traditions in Peoria. Come and visit, attend a service and meet the people who make this a very warm and welcoming place.
