Sample, of Blackhawk Family Therapy, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science Education from University of Nebraska, and his Master’s Degree in Counseling from Western Illinois University. Mr. Sample, a former Farmer and Social Studies Teacher, has counseled families through Family Resources, Inc. and the Youth Service Bureau of Rock Island County.
