El Paso Golf Club (EPGC) is a semi-private golf club located in Central Illinois just 15 minutes north of Bloomington-Normal, IL. It is a golf club in the country, southeast of El Paso, Illinois. Facilities include an 18-hole regulation golf course, full-service pro shop, restaurant, bar and banquet room.
The El Paso Golf Club opened in 1920. It was originally located on the northeast side of El Paso. The Club changed its location in 1924 when a clubhouse and the first nine holes were completed. In 1989, construction began on the back nine. It opened in 1990. The clubhouse was extensively remodeled in 2004 and a two tiered screened porch with scenic views of the golf course was added.
Members have access to all facilities at EPGC seven days a week. The general public is welcome in the pro shop and restaurant every day. The golf course may be played by the general public every day except Sunday and on holidays.
The El Paso Golf course measures 5045 from the front tees, 5664 from the middle tees and 6111 from the back tees. The USGA course rating is 69.6, with a slope of 125. EPGC features many elevation changes, 43 sand traps, nearly 400 trees, three lakes and a creek running throughout. Water comes into play on 13 holes. EPGC is a scenic, well maintained, challenging test of golf from any set of tees.
Throughout the golf season, the restaurant serves a variety of lunches daily. Breakfast is served on weekends and holidays. Dinner selections and specials are available on Thursday through Saturday nights from April 15th through October 23rd. A full service bar complements the menu selections.
The club hosts several golf outings which take advantage of both the golf course, bar and restaurant services. Non-golfing events are also welcome throughout the year.

EPGC has earned a four star rating from Golf Digest. The course was host to Hooter's Tour tournaments from 1991-1997. The USGA Mid-Am Qualifying has been held at EPGC along with IHSA regionals, McLean County Seniors and other tournaments.
