Gummerson Rausch Wand Gray Wombacher, LLC is a relatively new law firm that includes attorneys with many years of legal experience. R. Mark Gummerson and Tom E. Rausch began the firm in March, 2004. Mark and Tom are both past presidents of the McHenry County Bar Association and have AV ratings ratings with Martindale/Hubbell Legal Directory, which is the highest rating given. In 2006, both Tom and Mark were recognized as Super Lawyers by Illinois Super Lawyers, an honor which is independently voted on by Illinois attorneys. In February 2009, Tom Rausch was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers; a prestigious honor for trial attorneys nationwide. In March 2009, Ed Wand, Robert Gray, and Jamie Wombacher joined Tom and Mark as partners forming the entity Gummerson Rausch Wand Gray Wombacher, LLC.
