Our practice provides comprehensive primary care and expert internal medicine consultation for patients age 12 years or older. We have hospital privileges at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, which allows us to admit and follow our hospitalized patients on a daily basis. We have served the people of the Northwest suburbs for over 30 years. We believe that a strong patient/doctor relationship is essential for quality patient care. We focus on both the physical and emotional well being of our patients. We are aware of the complexity of modern medicine and coordinate your care with specialists.
Our doctors are highly skilled in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide variety of illnesses. We are also trained to recognize when a problem requires the additional expertise of a medical or surgical specialist. Because some of our patients are seriously ill or require complex investigations, we do much of our work in the hospital.
We emphasize maintenance of good health through indicated screening tests and appropriate physical examinations, along with following a healthy diet, regular exercise, and avoidance of substances toxic to the body. We also function as medical "detectives" to diagnose difficult and unusual problems.
We encourage our patients to develop a long-term relationship with a personal physician, who will provide preventive health care and take care of you if you become ill. We recommend that our patients have routine health maintenance visits at regular intervals. These visits include a comprehensive medical examination, counseling on how to maintain a healthy life style, and treatment of new or existing medical problems.
