Todd Weger, principal architect, has just successfully completed an NCARB accredited course on Energy Conscious Architecture, focusing on design, the environment, and interconnected energy systems. Todd previously completed an accredited course on Healthcare, focusing on Ancillary, Inpatient Care, and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Planning and design for the mixed use Sullivan Building, downtown Champaign, is scheduled to be completed October 1, 2010. Ground breaking is scheduled for December 1, 2010. The building will house professional offices on the first floor and residential units on the second floor. The roof will also feature a garden terrace for the tenants use. Completion is scheduled for Fall 2011.
The new multi-purpose and educational addition to First Assembly of God, Normal, Illinois, was recently completed. You can see this project on the 'Featured Projects' page.
Master Planning continues for the Mattoon First Christian Church and is scheduled to be complete in the Fall of 2010.
Master Planning for the Champaign First Church of the Nazarene will start in the fall of 2010.
Master Planning for the Moweaqua First Christian Church is scheduled to start in the fall of 2010.
Master Planning work continues for the Broadway Christian Church, Mattoon, Illinois.
