All jewelry repairs are done in house by our experienced goldsmiths, silversmiths and laser welding experts. We also replace watch batteries and adjust watch bands while you wait.

Steffans Jewelers has 2 Graduate Gemologists (GIA) on staff. They are experienced with insurance, estate and scrap value appraisals. Normal turnaround is 24-48 hours and you can schedule a while-you-wait appointment.
