To better serve our clients, we are excited to announce an historic day in the evolution of SEC Group, Inc. Since our beginning in 1981 as a 3-person office in McHenry, Illinois we have evolved into a firm recognized throughout the region for providing unparalleled professional service with an everyday person touch. This month, we announce a merger with HR Green, a multi-discipline professional services firm with offices in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Illinois, Missouri and Texas, offering expertise in planning, technical consulting, architecture, engineering, environmental and funding services for over 95 years.
For our clients, this change means greater access to a wider range of capabilities and improved delivery as the merger creates a firm of nearly 400 skilled professionals with the experience and knowledge to address each and every client with a vast array of services and technologies. The depth of our serve and breadth of our reach are now stronger than ever.
Our focus and commitment to our clientele will remain unchanged through this evolution; our goal is a seamless transition. Staffing of projects won't change -- however positve changes such as additional resources and greater service, as well as access to nationally acclaimed services will be felt immediately.
We will continue to be united by a common mission -- to provide world-class A/E/P services and products that help shape the built environment, while protecting the natural environment.
Although SEC Group, Inc. and HR Green have separate histories, our firms have always shared common objectives: an uncommon commitment to developing long-term client relationships, project delivery and excellence in service. As the two firms merge together and work towards an integrated structure, our goal will continue to be the success of our clients and their projects. We look forward to bringing our expanded capabilities to you and welcome you to discover how our expanded services and outstanding people work every day to deliver on our promise. Progress. Innovation. Expertise. These are not just words but are our commitment to our clients.
