FOR SALT CREEK RURAL PARK DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Salt Creek Rural Park District is accepting proposals for a Concessionaire and Food Service Proprietor to operate the Twin Lakes Grill concession facility, located in the Twin Lakes clubhouse. The Salt Creek Rural Park District, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, is requesting proposals from experienced professionals to run the facility.
Proposals are evaluated on the completeness and quality of content. Proposals that do not address the required information may be rejected by the District. In order to be properly evaluated the proposal should completely explain the requested information from the District. A letter of interest, background information and proposed responses must be included with the proposal, along with references.
The Director of the Salt Creek Rural Park District will accept Concessionaire and Food Service Proprietor proposals until 12:00 pm on, Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Each proposal should be enclosed in a sealed envelope, identified as Concession Proposal, and delivered to the Salt Creek Park District Administration Office at 530 South Williams Avenue, Palatine, IL 60074.
District personnel will be available for any additional questions. Successful, accepted proposal is expected to be presented to the Board of Park Commissioners at the regular meeting on December 14, 2010.
