Unlike most companies that hire sub-contractors, ARK exclusively utilizes our own full time technicians. Our highly skilled and experienced technicians are specially and exclusively trained in the methods and applications of the Thermal-Fusion process. As a matter of fact, our "least experienced" technician has been employed by ARK since 1996. This assures our clients receive a greater commitment to premium service and the highest quality workmanship. Additionally, ARK provides live inside customer service between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00, pm Monday through Friday, to assist you with quotations, scheduling, or any other questions and needs that may arise.

All of our employees are also covered with worker's compensation insurance, as required by state law.
