Napa Auto Parts and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) have named Jeff Clavey of Clavey Auto Service, the 2010 Regional NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year. Jeff , co-owner of Clavey Auto, is an ASE Master Certified Technician and holds numerous ASE certifications. He was selected for this prestigious honor as a result of his 33 years of automotive experience, his commitment and service to his customers, continual dedication to his employees and leadership in the industry.

Jeff was chosen to receive this award as a result of his superior technical skills, years of dedication to the automotive industry and ongoing service to his customers. We are very proud to have him lead our team at Clavey Auto Service.
The Technician of the Year award is presented annually by Napa Auto Parts and ASE to an individual in the automotive repair and maintenance industry who has met a detailed list of prerequisites. The recipient is determined by a judging panel of former winners, automotive trade press editors and the president of ASE. Jeff will be representing our region in the national competition.

The Glenview Chamber of Commerce has awarded their Second Annual Community Appearance awards, and for the second time, Clavey Auto Service was selected as one of the recipients. This annual award recognizes local businesses for their efforts toward community beautification. This year Clavey Auto was selected for the Seasonal Decor category. Jeff and Jody accepted the award at the October Village of Glenview Board Meeting. Jeff and Jody take great pride in their efforts to decorate our exterior sign and our customer service area with the changing seasons. Our "Pumpkin Man" has become a neighborhood favorite. He even made an appearance on the Channel 5 weather photos segment. His picture was submitted by a passerby. Congratulations to Jeff and Jody for the great job. We take great pride in displaying the plaque in our customer lounge.
