Tae Kwon Do
Founded in 1994 by World Tae Kwon Do Championship Medalist Dante E. Peña, Ultimate Martial Arts has been teaching the highest quality Tae Kwon Do for over a decade. Master Peña is a former member of the Philippine National Team and a five-time national champion, and a recipient of the Presidential Citation Award from former Philippine President Fidel V. Ramos in recognition of his achievements in Tae Kwon Do.
Master Peña knows a good student is a reflection of his teacher and he owes his success to Grand Master Grand Master Sung Chon Hong, his mentor and national team coach, and Grand Master Kang Yung Sung.
With over 5600 sq ft in 3-modern state-of-the-art studios, located conveniently on Touhy Avenue in Lincolnwood, IL, Ultimate Martial Arts offers Tae Kwon Do programs for all ages and skill levels. Our classes are small and intimate, with a teacher/student ratio of 1:7, where each student gets individualize training and immediate feedback. In addition to group classes, our expert instructors are also available for private lessons.

Since 2002, Ultimate Martial Arts has been a Krav Maga Worldwide official training center. Popular with the military, police, and average civilians, Krav Maga is an effective, practical system that also incorporates physical fitness techniques for an all around, total body workout.

In September 2007, James Britcher, Inventor of Heavy Bag System (HBS), came to our Center for three long days to install the most modern & durable Heavy Bag System. It's so easy to use that even a 9-year-old can move the 100 lbs. punching bags into position. This is one of the first Heavy Bag Systems in the midwest and demonstrates Ultimate's committment to be your best choice for professional martial arts training.
