Church in the Word is a multi-ethnic, non-denominational, Spirit-filled church located in Elgin, Illinois, in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Join us for an engaging Sunday morning service, and encounter God for yourself, or come out on a Wednesday evening to get better equipped for your life of faith.

There are dozens of churches in and around Elgin, and we love them all. We believe, however, that we're different from the rest for a couple of very specific reasons.

Kids in the Word is not just a Sunday morning babysitting service. Children participate in worship and learn life lessons from the Word of God every week.
