We provide our business clients with a contract that guarantees them an available staff to do the building maintenance, (light bulb/balister, broken outlets, exit lights, drippy faucets, snow plowing, landscaping, running toliets, celing tile, painting and repairing of walls, our list is endless) where our clients keep a list of items disrepair and schedule a day that the team will come in to handle their problems.
