Pastor Mark Wood is preaching a lesson series on "The Kingdom of God" based on the teachings of Jesus in the Gospel According to Mark.

New Life Baptist Church has begun a new ministry in conjunction with Angel Food Ministries . The church is now participating as a distribution site for those who purchase food packages through Angel Food Ministries. We are excited about our participation in this ministry to bring quality food items to families in this area at a fraction of retail prices.
Food orders may be placed on-line at the Angel Food Ministries web site, or in preson during regularly scheduled Sunday and Wednesday activities at the church. Orders must be received no later than the Sunday prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Payment must be made when orders are placed.
Orders placed must be picked up at the church location on the scheduled Saturday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Please see the Calender page for the specific dates.

Awana clubs resumed in September. They meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Clubs offered include:

Sparks for children in Kindergarten - 2nd grade
Truth & Training for children 3rd - 6 grades
for children 3rd - 6 grades

The first baptism conducted in the renovated facilities at New Life Baptist Church was documented in an article in the Baptist Bulletin.
