Rokaitis can handle your situation. We work hand in hand with all insurance carriers.
OWN A PROPERTY AND HAVING PARKING LOT PROBLEMS?
Rokaitis offers parking lot relocation services. Every property presents a different situation.
Parking lot relocation is a regulated division of the Illinois Commerce Commission. All costs to the vehicle's owner, are regulated by the I.C.C. (towing and storage) The current rates are $170.00 for a tow, $40.00 per day storage after 24 hours.
Rokaitis Industries Inc. will provide the necessary signs and installation. No charge for signs or contract.
All entrances MUST have visible signs.
Contracts may be:
CALL LOT -- a security number will be given to you. You must call the security number, and give a complete description of vehicle. This is to "ONLY" prevent wrongful removals of vehicles, from unauthorized persons.
PATROL LOT -- You define the terms here. Be it any vehicle without a proper sticker placed in the windshield is removed. Or, any and all vehicles removed after a designated time. Terms of a call lot are negotiable with Rokaitis Industries, just state your needs.
