Stan Mercer & Gary Jacobson of Midwest Communications have acquired the assets of Digital Communications. Steve Autor, founder, will serve as a consultant for at least 6 months. By combining the two operations, we have added computer and network technical support for our customers. Corporate Office will remain in Danville, IL. The two companies have worked together for over 20 years with Midwest Communications provide telco and long distance services for our mutual customers.
